Nature of service
Lazur Key Concierge provides private luxury concierge and lifestyle management. We are not a mass-market booking platform. Availability of experiences, inventory and access depends on partners, season and discretion of third parties.
Enquiries
Submitting a private request does not create a binding contract. Quotations, availability and terms of supply will be confirmed before any commitment. Prices, when provided, may change until confirmed in writing.
Third-party suppliers
Aviation, yachts, villas, vehicles, restaurants, events and other experiences are often fulfilled by independent suppliers. Their terms, cancellation policies and conditions apply in addition to ours.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, holding valid travel documents, complying with venue and event rules, and ensuring guests behave appropriately. We may decline or cease arrangements that compromise safety, legality or discretion.
